Beds were very uncomfortable.

The units are updated, contemporary with the preferred level as well as a bed full of rose petals in a heart shape.

Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a sweeping view. The venue's position was central. It also was by the bars.

Our rooms were exceptionally clean and had a tablet, a Nespresso machine, and a storage space. The breakfast was incredible with the Grill, fresh pastries plus mimosas, so much to pick from. The position of the hotel was marvellous and easy, in the coffee shop downstairs.

The rooms were updated and immaculately clean, had two sinks and soap dispensers in the bathroom. Its location was great and easy, so close to Asian restaurant and the Ultramar ferry. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

The rooms were decent size, with coffee, a wonderful balcony, and a storage space, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous, short walk to the Greek restaurant for dinner and the centre of cancun where coco bongos is and other bars and the marketplace. Had brunch in the Hard Rock Hotel, located nearby.

The setting was very very poor.
